As services expanded, the old app no longer met needs. To prepare for new openings and upgrade membership benefits, CMP and Goons created a new digital service model. Through research across mall operations, customers, and physical spaces, we defined a redesign strategy, rebuilt the service image, reimagined membership tools, and integrated venue information, services, and offers to elevate the overall digital member experience.
